He was one of the drivers behind the merge between the former Damgaard and Navision companies leading to the Microsoft's biggest acquisition outside US back in 2002. Carlos is partner at Inventure Capital A/S. Carlos combines experience in strategy development and general management with hands-on technology sales and marketing. Served as a Senior Management Consultant with McKinsey and Co. and participated in strategy projects in multiple countries and industries. Served as a CEO with Mark Information and conducted a comprehensive turn-around and expansion process. Founded and led Zensys, a VC-backed start-up in the wireless sector and the company behind Z-Wave, today a global de-facto standard in the wireless communications space. Carlos’ practical experience is rooted in Business Development in the ICT sector in the late 80’es and early 90’es where he built up sales in European markets for Olicom and DDE. |
